HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order through our website or by sending a DM to @nonstatique on Instagram.
1) Visit the "Order here" section.
2) Fill out the required details, including your shipping information.
3) A confirmation email will be sent for your order.
Note: Orders cannot be processed immediately after checkout.
CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?
To modify or cancel an order, contact our customer service team at nonstatique@gmail.com. Depending on the order's status, changes may or may not be possible.
Once an order is shipped or in transit, it cannot be canceled.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept payments through GCASH and BDO bank transfers/deposits only. Cash On Delivery is not available.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
We process orders every Saturday. If you place an order from Monday to Friday, expect a shipping duration of 2-8 days for Metro Manila and 5-12 days for provincial areas, starting from the Saturday of that week.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping services globally. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We gladly accept returns only if the item shipped was incorrect. Please initiate returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, ensuring that the product remains unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
